1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ngad88 website accessible at ngad88.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interface, subdomain, or application operated by us.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses any service provided through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, crash games, and any other gambling product made available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum. We will request documentary proof of age and reserve the right to suspend your Account pending verification.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of ngad88 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or self-excluded via any responsible gaming mechanism active on your Account.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local regulations.
• You provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

ngad88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, with or without providing reasons to the applicant.

3. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ngad88 may merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and, at its discretion, void any bets placed or winnings generated across those Accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. ngad88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where reasonable security practices on your part were not followed.

ngad88 may close or suspend your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, a request from relevant authorities, or a determination that the Player no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. In such circumstances, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any ongoing investigations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ngad88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of the transaction request and may be updated from time to time.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in your own legal name. We strictly prohibit the use of third-party payment accounts. Where a payment is received from a third-party source, ngad88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ngad88 may request copies of government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits before processing any withdrawal. This verification process is carried out to protect Players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

ngad88 does not guarantee specific processing times, though we aim to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 10 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, during public holidays, or where additional verification steps are required. Processing times to Rocket and Upay may vary.

ngad88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ngad88 offers a variety of promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• ngad88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect a Player who has already commenced wagering on a bonus that was correctly claimed before the change took effect.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

6. Gambling Rules & Responsible Gaming

All games and betting markets available on the ngad88 Platform operate under standardised rules published within each game interface or market description. For live casino games provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi), the rules of those studios govern game outcomes. For sports betting, settlement is determined by the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the ICC for international fixtures).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ngad88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in bad faith. Any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity information, or submitting forged documents during verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or any technology to obscure your true location.
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring Account access, balance, or rewards from or to another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the technical operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ngad88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and presentation of the site — is the property of ngad88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the ngad88 Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ngad88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ngad88's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

ngad88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We undertake reasonable technical measures to ensure platform security and uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated to Players where possible.

ngad88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, internet service disruptions, or natural disasters.

10. Privacy & Data

ngad88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Amendments to These Terms

ngad88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify Players via a notice on the Platform and, where feasible, by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of the amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your real-money balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
